In commodities trading, Crude oil for February delivery was up 2.81% or 1.43 to $52.25 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 2.83% or 1.52 to hit $55.16 a barrel, while the February Gold contract fell 0.35% or 4.15 to trade at $1181.35 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was down 0.38% to 10.6330, while USD/MAD rose 0.35% to 10.1520.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.65% at 102.67.
