The Investment Trading segment engages in investment trading of equity securities, fixed-income securities, commodities, and derivative financial instruments with its funds; and offers integrated financial solutions for clients’ investment, financing, and risk management. The Parent-subsidiary Integration Business segment provides futures, private equity investment management, and alternative investment services. It serves various individual and institutional clients comprising multinational corporations, medium and small-sized enterprises, high-net-worth clients, and retail clients. The company was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China.
