Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Mining, Property and Infrastructure sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite gained 0.19%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Tanah Laut Tbk (JK:INDX), which rose 22.69% or 27 points to trade at 146 at the close. Apac Citra Centertex Tbk (JK:MYTX) added 21.05% or 40 points to end at 230 and Panasia Indo Resources Tbk (JK:HDTX) was up 17.28% or 66 points to 448 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Energi Mega Persada Tbk (JK:ENRG), which lost 24.78% or 56 points to trade at 170 in late trade. Capitol Nusantara Indonesia (JK:CANI) declined 23.40% or 124 points to end at 406 and Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (JK:HDFA) shed 20.45% or 45 points to 175.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 171 to 163 and 119 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.04% or 0.02 to $49.06 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.39% or 0.20 to hit $51.69 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.05% or 0.65 to trade at $1259.35 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.09% to 13329.5, while AUD/IDR fell 0.48% to 10585.00.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.22% at 93.56.
