Aug 1 (Reuters) - Stock futures pointed to a higher opening for Canada's main stock index on Thursday as investors parsed through a host of major company earnings.
September futures on the S&P/TSX index SXFc1 were up 0.1% at 7:00 a.m. ET.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX .GSPTSE fell 59.49 points, or 0.36 percent, to 16,406.56 on Wednesday. Jones Industrial Average e-mini futures 1YMc1 were up 0.18% at 7:00 a.m. ET, while S&P 500 e-mini futures ESc1 were up 0.13% and Nasdaq 100 e-mini futures NQc1 were up 0.23%. .N
