July 19 (Reuters) - Stock futures pointed to a lower opening for Canada's main stock index on Thursday as oil prices fell after government data showed an unexpected rise in U.S. crude stockpiles.
The U.S. Energy Information Administration said on Wednesday U.S. crude production had reached 11 million barrels per day (bpd) for the first time.
