Nuveen Real Asset Income and Growth Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to provide high current income. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in income-producing common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities and debt securities issued by real estate companies. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in income producing equity securities issued by Real Estate Investment Trusts, excluding convertible securities. The Fund will not invest more than 25% of its total assets in non-investment grade preferred stocks, convertible preferred stocks and debt securities. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in debt securities. The Fund will invest at least 25% of its Managed Assets in securities of companies in the financial services sector. The Fund will not invest more than 10% of its total assets in the securities of any one issuer.
