Norbord Inc. manufactures and sells wood-based panels for retail chains, contractor supply yards, and industrial manufacturers primarily in North America and Europe. It markets its products under the Durastrand pointSIX, Pinnacle, Stabledge, TruFlor pointSIX and TruFlor, Rimboard, SteadiTred, QuakeZone, Tallwall, Trubord, Windstorm, SolarBord, TruDeck, StableDec, SterlingOSB, Caberwood MDF, Conti, and Caberboard brand names. Norbord Inc. was formerly known as Nexfor Inc. and changed its name to Norbord Inc. in June 2004. The company was founded in 1987 and is based in Toronto, Canada with an additional office in Stirlingshire, United Kingdom, and plant locations in the United States, Canada, and Europe. As of February 1, 2021, Norbord Inc. operates as a subsidiary of West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd.

its a shame how management trapped investors...4.50 div was just a carrot...and now management doesn't even have money to buy back at what investors pid ($56/share).. very cruel strategy to buy back shares by lowering the prices almost 40% from the high...i am crying foul here...doesn't management needs to intervene and stop this blood bath...shame....
