the news of their possible affiliation either tesla brought the price too high, but if they are successful in their plan to produce nickel at greater rates and eco friendly, then we will see more growth. I'd still call it a hold, as a partnership supplying such a vital resource for future tech certainly has a significant upside that has not been realized yet
