Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company provides professional financial products and investment services for individuals and institutions, investment banks, and funds in Vietnam and internationally. The company also provides financial services, including margin trading, online cash advance, stock mortgage, portfolio management, repo stocks/bonds, and others; investment advisory services; and value-added services, which include analysis and research, and transaction support. In addition, it offers investment banking services comprising capital market, debt market, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate evaluation, derivatives, and private equity services. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company operates as a subsidiary of Bao Viet Holdings.
