When would you suggest is a good time to buy CAD with INR? CAD touched 52.5 INR in march, but now is up to 5425. Will it go down again?

First of all I’m not a elite trader. But I have been following both the currencies lately. CRUDE OIL prices will be major deciding factor. With current prices 51-52 looks likely in the near future. Also CAD(underperforming) will improve with increase in interest rates by BOC (January). If CAD can strengthen near 0.8 compare to USD and oil prices increases next year and with general elections in 2019. I could see 57-60 possible within a year.
