CANADA STOCKS-TSX futures slip as U.S.-China trade spat intensifies

June 25 (Reuters) - Stock futures pointed to a lower opening for Canada's main stock index on Monday, tracking declines in global markets, following the latest escalation in a trade dispute between the United States and China and Brent crude prices tumbled.

June futures on the S&P/TSX index SXFc1 were down 0.57 percent at 7:15 a.m. ET.

The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX .GSPTSE rose 114.99 points, or 0.70 percent, to 16,450.14. Jones Industrial Average e-mini futures 1YMc1 were down 0.79 percent at 7:15 a.m. ET, while S&P 500 e-mini futures ESc1 were down 0.62 percent and Nasdaq 100 e-mini futures NQc1 were down 1.02 percent. .N
