The Company's Downtown Development project is located on Auckland's CBD waterfront with a footprint of almost two hectares of land and buildings. The Company's site in Wynyard Quarter comprises around 1.1 hectares of land area and has the potential to develop around 46,000 square meters. The Company is managed by AMP Haumi Management Limited.
